To become an official exchange student of EASD Castelló, firstly the student needs an official nomination from the home university. After that the student must do the online application, send requested documents to us and the student will receive the admission letter.

1. Nomination:

Details of nominated students must be emailed before May 30th for first semester and full academic year, or November 30th for second semester directly to:

The e-mail must necessarily include the following data:

  1.     Full name of the student/s
  2.     Email address
  3.     Subject Area
  4.     Level of Study (Undergraduate/Bachelor, Graduate/Master)
  5.     Proposed period of study in EASD Castelló

2. Application:

Upon reception of the nomination sent by the home University, EASD Castelló will contact the students  by e-mail and send them the common information about the online Application form and all procedures and references.

After completing the on-line procedure, students must submit it to our Office by email to:

→ CV (Europass)
→ Portfolio [CD, DVD or link]
→ Proposal of Learning Agreement
→ ID Card / Passport and two photos


Send them by post or by e-mail to the EASD International Office:

→ To Nominate for the 2nd semester: November, 30th

→ To Apply for the 1st semester (or full academic year): June, 15th
→ To Apply for the 2nd semester: December, 15th

Confirmation of admission for study will be issued approximately 4 weeks after the application deadline.

* Download the Application Form to your computer. Open it using Acrobat Reader and fill in. After that, send a copy by e-mail (SEND button) and print the form (PRINT button). The printed form has to be signed by the student and the Erasmus Coordinator, with the institution seal, and sent by e-mail to the EASD International Office.
